Double Dump Valve

Specifications:

Discharge or feeding valve for abrasive and powder product into pneumatic or gravity conveyors.
Used where rotary airlocks are unsuitable due to excessive abrasion.
Valve consists of two powered gates which alternately open and close allowing the material to fall through.
Standard sizes are 8", 10", 12" and 14" with square inlet and outlet flanges.
Upper and lower compartments have access ports with quick release fasteners.
Air cylinder or motor operated gates.
Pressure compensation available for higher vacuum or pressure operations.
Standard construction is carbon steel epoxy lined.
Options include stainless steel construction and explosion proof electrical components.
